GE360 is a company intelligence platform for Georgia (country). It aggregates official Georgian public registry data — company registrations, directors and founders, beneficial ownership (UBO) chains, real estate, liens and mortgages, court enforcement records, state procurement contracts and financial filings — into a single searchable dossier for every registered company. Data covers 800,000+ registered businesses and is drawn from six official sources including the National Agency of Public Registry (NAPR). GE360 serves compliance teams, banks, lawyers, journalists and investors who need to verify a Georgian business, check who owns a company in Georgia, or map corporate ownership networks. Free company search is available; full dossiers require an account.
GE360 is an independent company intelligence platform for Georgia (country). It is not a government service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any Georgian public authority.
GE360 aggregates data from six official public sources into a single searchable interface, making it faster to research a Georgian company, trace ownership chains, verify procurement records, or check enforcement status — tasks that would otherwise require searching multiple separate registries.
GE360 draws from the following six official public sources:
1. NAPR business registry (National Agency of Public Registry, enreg.reestri.gov.ge) — company registrations, directors, founders, and beneficial ownership (UBO) information. Updated periodically as the registry publishes new or amended records.
2. NAPR property and cadastre registry — real estate ownership, cadastral parcels, and property transactions. Updated periodically.
3. State procurement (SPA tenders and contracts) — public procurement contracts and tenders published by the State Procurement Agency. Updated periodically as new contracts are awarded.
4. National Bureau of Enforcement debtor registry — enforcement cases, court-ordered debts, and debtor status records. Updated periodically.
5. Court liens and enforcement records — liens arising from court judgments, pledges, and mortgages recorded against companies and assets. Updated periodically.
6. Financial filings (SARAS / Reportal) — annual financial statements and filings submitted by companies to the relevant reporting authority. Updated periodically as companies submit filings.
All source data is public under Georgian law. GE360 does not create, alter, or fabricate records — it re-presents what is available in the official registries.
Records from each source are parsed, cross-referenced, and linked by legal identifiers (company registration numbers, cadastral codes, and enforcement case numbers). This produces a unified dossier for each registered entity.
Where the same entity appears in multiple sources, records are merged using canonical identifiers to avoid duplication. Ambiguous or unresolvable references are kept separate rather than merged incorrectly.
Data is refreshed periodically. Because the underlying registries update on their own schedules, the freshness of any given record depends on the source. GE360 does not guarantee that records are current at the moment of viewing.
GE360 indexes companies and the legal persons associated with them as they appear in official public records. Individuals appear only in their capacity as company directors, founders, owners, or parties to official proceedings.
Individual entrepreneurs (sole traders) and private individuals are not indexed by search engines through GE360. Personal identifiers — such as national ID numbers — are stripped from public teasers and search results for private individuals. Only company entities with public registration numbers are discoverable through external search engines.
Where an individual appears in a dossier, the information is limited to what is already part of the public record. GE360 does not add profiling, ratings, or commentary about individuals.

GE360 covers 800,000+ registered businesses across Georgia. Coverage varies by data type: company registration data is comprehensive; financial filings coverage depends on what companies have submitted to the relevant authority.
The browse directory (/companies) lists companies with substantive registry records (the indexable subset); registry-wide totals live on the statistics page (/statistics).
Information may be incomplete, out of date, or contain errors present in the underlying sources. GE360 reproduces the public record as-is. Corrections to an underlying registry record must be made through the relevant authority.
GE360 is a research tool, not a consumer reporting agency. It must not be used to make credit, employment, or insurance decisions governed by consumer-reporting laws.
GE360 is an independent aggregator. It operates commercially and is not funded by, contracted to, or affiliated with any Georgian government body. Decisions about what to include, how to present it, and how to price access are made independently.
Free company search is available to anyone. Full dossiers — including ownership chains, financial filings, and enforcement records — require an account. See our Pricing page for details.
